Refunds
The ACM Standard Cancellation Policy is: No refunds except in the case of visa denial. If your visa is denied, you will be refunded the full registration amount less a $50 processing fee.
International Tax Terms and Conditions (T&C)
If the registration fee is subject to international tax (VAT), a VAT invoice will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. This only applies to eligible participants based on their location or the location of the conference and applicable international tax laws.
The VAT invoice will be emailed to the provided email address following the completion of the event. Please ensure your details are accurate at the time of registration to avoid any delays. If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your registration fee for VAT, please contact your ACM liaison.
